I really like this product , it was highly recommended to me by an equine feed specialist. However when buying my last order I was horrified to be asked to pay £56 to Royal Mail for customs charges. This didnt happen with me first order & naturally I will not be about to afford to buy this product again at this cost. Please can you look in to this for me?

We completely understand that the unexpected customs charges are frustrating. Your previous order was below the £135 threshold, which is why no additional costs were applied then. Your most recent order had a value of €181.21, which is above the £135 (approximately €155) limit for the UK. For orders above this amount, import duties, VAT and handling fees may unfortunately be charged by the carrier.
To help avoid these extra costs in the future, it’s best to keep orders below this threshold. We’re happy to think along with you if needed. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know!

I bought this product for my ems/Cushing’s syndrome pony and her faecal water problem. Within 5 days her problem has virtually gone, I think this is a good product for gut problems. The price was reasonable and delivery was fast.

Shipping is not ok. Shipping company is lying that they were here and we not at home. But we have been at home. Then no note from them in the mailbox. I could not find it otherwise. Deeply disapointed . Not fair. And the psckage is sent back. Unprofesional
