    What a shame that your package has not arrived yet. This is absolutely not the quality standard we would like to provide at REFURBICA.

    Unfortunately, it seems that your package is having some issues during transit. We have launched an investigation with our shipping carrier and we will inform you as soon as we have more information about your parcel.

    Please note that we have shipped your item on the day you made the order. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over a delayed shipment at our carrier. We handpick the best shipping couriers for every international destination, but unforunately, sometimes delays that we do not have an influence over can happen.
