After an intervention from a technical service, it turns out that the motor of my awning is broken. My gut feeling told me to investigate this further. I started watching the videos from Tromm on YouTube and after a few hours of trying, I concluded that the remote control was no longer working. I ordered a new one from Tromm.com and the job was done. For your information: a new motor would have cost €1075.
