I ordered an EPDM package to lay on the roof of our extension. I ordered EPDM, spray adhesive, fastening materials for the insulation boards, roof trim, and a drain. The products were delivered quickly and neatly on a pallet. When we started laying the EPDM, we discovered that the adhesive provided was not good; none of the 9 spray cans worked properly. This was very frustrating because we then had to quickly arrange for other adhesive. After I got in touch, this was resolved properly. We received a refund for the spray cans, and the money was back in our account within 2 days.
