After placing the order, the material was delivered quickly. Everything was in stock, and the arrangements were made neatly and on time.

Clear descriptions, and I accidentally ordered 2 different trims. I was immediately called to confirm if that was intentional, as I hadn't noticed it, and it was promptly adjusted.

Chosen for the most luxurious product, 1.3mm EPDM, and the package that included everything. Also ordered roof trims, totaling a little under €650. 1. Due to delays in the work, we were a few days past the return period when we realized we had ordered the wrong corner trims (EPDM corner trims). A few days outside the return period, we received an immediate response that our return request was denied, even though the product was still in new condition. 2. EPDM adheres extremely poorly to PIR with double-sided aluminum, despite claims that this is not an issue. Everything was done meticulously according to the instructions, indicating a quality problem with the EPDM. The EPDM bulges along the entire length where the seams are, causing it to lift even more. 3. Despite a €650 order, you receive only a handful of screws for the roof trims and barely enough shims to connect them. So expect to need extra (the local hardware store is also significantly cheaper than EPDM XL for water-stopping screws). 4. The luxury package is further nonsense. In hindsight, I could have hired a roofer for the same money - the result would be better - you might pay around €100 more, but then you wouldn't have to do the work yourself. Even if you follow the instructions and buy the most expensive package, you still receive a product that you can't get to look good on the roof.
