I ordered a complete roof package. Sufficient glue was provided and the instructions were clear. Great glue. I picked everything up myself, and it was neatly prepared. I ordered too late for the weekend discount. After placing the order, I still received a refund. I call that very nice. I will definitely order my next roof here again.

I ordered an XL package that should allow you to get started right away. However, when you want to begin, you realize you're missing the pressure roller, which is an essential component. Now I read that this happens here more often. I sent an email stating that I was missing it. After two days of not hearing anything, I decided to buy one elsewhere and got started. Now I receive an email with apologies that they forgot to send it and will still send it. Unfortunately, it's a day too late; the entire roofing is already installed. Now I will have two rollers that I can't use anymore.
