EPDM XL

I am quite handy with DIY projects, but this was my first time working on a roof. It involved a shed measuring 7.5 by 2.5 meters with a roof dome, a rainwater pipe, and a heating pipe. I ordered one large sheet of EPDM in a kit after consulting with a friend, and we laid it down together. I ordered it in November 2018, and next week a roofer is coming to remove everything down to the wood to put bitumen back on. We have nothing but leaks, each time in a different spot and at a different attachment point. For us, it’s never again EPDM. The people at EPDM XL are friendly, though.

The products from your company are good and easy to handle for a novice, highly recommended. The delivery by DHL is downright poor.

What a great service! I was able to pick it up because it was going to rain, and I really needed it before the weekend. That was no problem at all! I called them countless times to ask for advice, and they never got tired of me :). They explained everything from how to what. Additionally, the quality of what they sell is superb. I highly recommend them; as soon as I need something again, this will be my go-to place!

Telephone support is perfectly fine, but the information on the website is severely lacking. It can and must be better. You can never provide too much information on the internet. There is plenty of space. The items, which were delivered on time and quickly, came with absolutely no instructions. It is a small effort to print a brochure with some tips and guidelines based on the most frequently asked questions from customers. Afterwards, I was browsing the internet about EPDM and was surprised to see another website from the same company. The contact details were the same, as was the shop. There, however, was more information and tips! Strange... If the website improves, it would definitely deserve a full score.
