Pros: The ordered package was delivered quickly and neatly packaged, but as stated on the website, there was supposed to be a free pair of scissors included; unfortunately, there was a pressure roller instead, which is a pity.
The service was excellent!! There was a mistake with a reorder (not EPDM XL's fault), but after a phone call, the correct part was already at home the next day. Perfect!!!!!! Improvements: None
