Pros: Excellent agreements made and all of them fulfilled. In my opinion, optimal service; it couldn't be better. Also easily reachable by phone. Improvement points: It couldn't be better, so there are no improvement points. I have already placed 3 orders in the last year, and each time has been excellent.
