Very friendly and helpful in the communication prior to the order. Fast delivery as the item was in stock. The home delivery was a bit clumsy, as it was a heavy cabinet that the driver couldn't handle alone. My husband, who happened to be home, had to help. A sturdy ramp to bridge thresholds should be standard in the delivery van. That would have made a big difference.
