2 out of 8 chairs did not arrive on time. 1 chair had large holes in the upholstery and had to be exchanged. The service staff from Decomeubel was very eager to solve the problem. Overall, a very good service from Decomeubel, but the delivery by Hermes was unfortunately a disaster. Nevertheless, it was all very frustrating, even though Decomeubel is not to blame.
