Everything was clear. The only thing that disappointed me was the weight. I should have thought about that. I can't set it down or move it by myself.

Nice wicker basket for the cat. She lies in it as if she is a princess. I'm really happy with it too; it's just awesome and very cute. The service was truly perfect; they put in a lot of effort. The basket was sold out, which was a real shame, but I was emailed that they had found one more. I received an email right away. I can only say that the customer service is excellent and very considerate in finding a solution. 👍👍👍

The delivery of the ordered table and chairs took a bit longer than expected because we couldn't find a suitable date, but in the end, it worked out well and we are very satisfied. It would be nice if a delivery date could be agreed upon in consultation with the customer instead of via email.
