I ordered 4 chairs through the website. They were supposed to arrive on December 30th after 12:30 PM, and I would pick them up afterwards. Okay, I didn't make a definitive appointment, as I only received an email stating that I could come after 12:30 PM, so no appointment was made. I drove to Wansum. Upon arrival... the store was closed. I called the owner and he said he had no appointment. After I mentioned that I was coming from Eindhoven, he didn't want to send me home empty-handed. "Just come to the warehouse a few kilometers back." When I arrived there, he came and helped me load the boxes into my car, and after paying, I received a spray can as a gift. The service was sooooo excellent that I will definitely come back here again. I would like to thank this owner for his super service.
