Fast delivery, well packaged, and I was kept well informed about the delivery.

I ordered two small garden tables. Both turned out to have suffered transport damage upon arrival. It's a real shame, as they were the last two after I contacted Decomeubel about this. I returned them the next day, and within a few days, the money was refunded.

After placing an order on the website, which was handled manually by an employee due to issues with placing the order, I was kept well-informed via email regarding the delivery at Deco Meubel itself and then the expected delivery time at our address. As indicated, we received a call from their driver more than half an hour before the delivery. Everything was delivered very neatly and correctly by very friendly staff. The tables we ordered meet our expectations, so overall we are very happy with everything. We can only recommend them; a big thumbs up for the entire process!

Quickly delivered in solid packaging with their own transport, neatly placed in our garage by a friendly driver. The day before delivery, we received a courteous call, and also a quick call from Decomeubel half an hour before delivery. There was also direct contact when we called, with friendly staff. Great, sturdy dining chairs on wheels. Very easy to assemble. No extra tools needed. The option to pay later with Klarna is also a reassuring idea. Everything went smoothly within 4 days (including the weekend). We highly recommend Decomeubel.
