The work is approached from a very positive perspective and attitude, but it is vulnerable, young, and inexperienced. The branding is open, honest, and direct, but customer engagement is truly insufficient. It seems there is no vision for the medium term. I have placed a few more orders to conclude things properly, but I have switched to another supplier. I think it is worth examining internal work processes, and above all: two jobs never work.
