Wednesday: I placed my order. Thursday morning, one of the sellers contacted me by phone and left a message. I also received an email asking if my order was correct (I had ordered 5 handles for exterior doors instead of interior doors). Thursday evening, I sent an email asking if they could change my order and if express delivery was possible so that I could receive it by Saturday. Friday, I called Deurklinkenshop to check if this could be arranged, and the lady informed me that I would receive my order on Monday (and I agreed without hesitation). 5 minutes later, I received another call from the lady informing me that the warehouse had read my email and my request for express delivery. As a result, the delivery method was adjusted by Deurklinkenshop, and as a commercial favor, this was not charged. What a positive experience with this shop! I will definitely buy from them again!!
