I ordered door handles and cabinet door pulls. They were delivered the next day. The owner called me after the order to ask which lock plates I wanted for the doors and to inform me that the cabinet door pulls were out of stock and would not be available for a few weeks due to the supplier's vacation. He then sent me a larger size at no extra charge. Perfect service and good quality materials: highly recommended!
