Incredible how well we were helped and how fast the delivery was here!

After placing my order, I encountered a small issue due to my own fault. After contacting the webshop, it was resolved in a very pleasant manner. In the Netherlands, I had to wait eight months and was not satisfied, but with this webshop, I was helped in just a few days in a way I had never experienced before.

The 50 cm porthole with frosted glass was absolutely perfect in dimensions as indicated on the website, so I had already completed the preparatory work, and the porthole was shining after just half an hour. I am very satisfied with it. However, the delivery by B.post was a bit problematic. On Monday, the tracking code indicated delivery of your package between 8 AM and 4 PM on Tuesday, so I waited all day, and the delivery was the next day at 12 PM. It would be nice if B.post provided a more precise delivery time and actually adhered to it.
