Great service!

Beautiful door handles and delivered quickly, but a package of screws was missing. The cross screw to secure the handles cannot be tightened properly, and the handle just comes loose when you pull hard. I used old screws from previous handles, and now they are secured well. Also, the placement of the screw doesn't look nice; it normally sits at the bottom and is not visible. Now it is on the side of the handle! But I am still satisfied with the model. I bought brass door handles two years ago and have had no problems, still very satisfied, so I would recommend it.

Good service, I was well assisted over the phone when the first order of furniture handles did not meet our expectations. There was a quick refund for the return and fast delivery for the orders! Definitely a recommendation!
