After 2 weeks, I still haven't received anything... so I emailed them. I received a friendly call saying they had 'lost' it... they were going to reorder and I would have it by this coming Wednesday... it's already Saturday... still haven't seen anything...

The order and delivery went smoothly, but it's unfortunate that the package delivery service does not have a system to communicate the delivery time more precisely (somewhere between 8 AM and 5 PM is not very precise).
