    While your website has a very good selection of products, I’m afraid the customer experience is lacking. It was falsely stated that the product we purchased would be “7-10 days”. It is now 20 days later, and still no items. There was a pointless back-and-forth with customer service who took no accountability for this. And we have missed our deadline with our builder who needed these items. If you cannot trust a company to deliver goods on time and with full transparency, then what is the point?
