Customer service is very poor. My phone has been in repair for 2 months and is still not fixed. Waiting for a part. Unfortunately, they do not tell the truth. On September 3rd, I received an email stating that the phone was being repaired. After contacting bol.com, it turned out this was not true. Communication is only possible via email, and after inquiring, we receive the same email from weeks ago. We are deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company!

I was looking for a robust, affordable phone for my son. I soon came across the Ulefone brand, supplied by Phoneclick. I had never heard of it, so I was a bit curious about how it would go... But it turned out great! Good prices, quick delivery, excellent communication about the delivery, and it arrived in sturdy packaging. I recommend the company.
