Great webshop, I ordered the smartphone at an unfortunate time, just before the Christmas holidays. I sent a few emails regarding the delivery time, and they were handled promptly and correctly.

Everything went smoothly and correctly up to the receipt of the product.

Despite my rather unpleasant experiences with another supplier, I was immediately reassured and assisted by the owner of Gadget-Store. The staff provided very polite intervention where necessary. With an order, every step of the purchase is very well guided via email or SMS.

Very bad company. The mobile phone I ordered online was no longer available, only a different color. Well, fine. I emailed about the delivery and whether this change would cause a delay. I was told that this would not be the case and that it would be delivered on time. Now, two days past the delivery date, and still no phone. And thanks for the fact that the gift for my 10-year-old is not here!
