I ve been called twice in the day I received the package and because I couldn't answer no one called me after. If I hadn't called back the next day it would have been possible not get my product. But I did it and the courier fixed my problem. I d like to see more preoccupation in solving customers problems apart of courier while I paid a lot of money for that delivery.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you had so much trouble in getting your package and I am glad you did in the end. We send our packages with several couriers, malnly by Dutch Post or DPD. They deliver it to the local post office in your country, in your case Romania. The local post company is responsible for the further delivery of the package. Sometimes there are some problems with the delivery and we regret it very much. We deliver our products around the world, it is very hard for us to keep in touch with all the different local post companies. When there are complaints about the delivery, we always contact the responsible local post company, and we will contact the Romanian post company to ask what the problem was and why they did not leave you a note to tell you how to get your package. I hope next time the delivery will be better.
