The request for a review is automatically sent out a few days after the order is placed with us. The delay in your case has various causes. As a small webshop, we rely on PostNL to ship the packages. As indicated on our webshop, they do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Since Monday was Whit Monday, delivery could not occur that day, and the expected arrival date was Tuesday or Wednesday. Did you see the email I sent you on Friday right after your order regarding this? I am not aware of why your package was only delivered on Thursday morning; I have immediately initiated an investigation to find this out. I regret that you chose not to contact me directly to address and resolve this issue, and instead opted to express this through a review, but of course, we respect this and will learn from it. We will immediately extend the time frame in which the invitation for a review is sent out, so that other customers of our webshop do not have to experience this unpleasant situation.
