Not long received, so I can't properly assess the effectiveness of the treatment yet. What I can evaluate is the incredible lack of clarity in the user manual (and also the accompanying YouTube videos). How hard can it be? You have a specific skin type, the lamp has a certain strength, and from that, you get a radiation time. No, the booklet contains a lot of unclear tables, formulas, and charts that provide no guidance on the radiation time. The dimensions also keep changing, so there's a lot of thinking about where the commas should go. My English is excellent, and I'm really not stupid, but this is impossible to figure out! However, there is constant emphasis on the need to do everything in consultation with the dermatologist, so that's where the issue lies. Clear instructions also create accountability... So, it comes down to experimenting on your own. That means setting a time and gradually increasing it until it no longer feels right. Upon inquiry, it turns out that this is similar to what the dermatologist does. Just say that, and then get rid of all those tables with a kind of unclear scientific jargon!
Beautiful trial kit, looks good, and we still need to try it out, but we are really happy with it.
