Dear Mary-Louise, I'm happy to hear you do like the bows. I see you mailed us in the Pentacost weekend. We always reply in 1-2 working days. I do see there was a day delay due to the long weekend. My apologies for any delays. Almost all of our orders get delivered within a couple of days. I am sorry it took a bit longer for your order to arrive. I checked the order and I dit notice it had some duplicate information we received. Possibly this could have had an effect. I expect everyhting to go smooth with your next order, when adjusted. Love the designs of the baby headbands and hair clips. Good quality. Some (hairclips) are a little bigger for the newborn head. But the hairbands are perfect. Very cute. I would keep reordering for bigger sizes when the baby is a bit older 😊
