Very disappointing. Some time ago, I ordered a turntable cartridge and returned it because I was not satisfied. The return conditions of this webshop stated that cartridges cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This is incorrect according to Dutch law. Since then, all my orders, 3 so far, have been canceled and refunded without further explanation. I do not receive any responses to my emails, and there is no phone number available to call.
