Products ordered, never delivered. The tracking code did not show any package. I sent multiple messages over three weeks, but all I received in return was 'I will look into it'... then two weeks later, I heard nothing more. Cancelling the order was also a drama.
Fast delivery and good price.
To be honest: very difficult to assess. On the third day, after the notification that the package was ready, there was a message from DHL saying 'Oops, we couldn't find anything.' After sending an email to HifiStudio79: Oops, we lost the package. Compliments for the honesty, but it still leaves an unpleasant feeling. In the meantime, the product has arrived in good condition. Hopefully, this is a one-time occurrence, an exception.
