Before placing the order, I received useful and honest advice. Questions were answered quickly. The ordering process, payment, and delivery went smoothly. All parts were securely packaged.

My product has not been delivered yet. After 2 days, I noticed via the track & trace that there was no change in the status of my delivery. I then contacted Hifistudio79, and it turned out that they had not fully completed the shipping process. They responded very correctly and adequately (including apologies), but for a web shop with such a high rating, I still consider this a downside. And I am probably one of the few this has happened to.
