I have ordered products several times and have always been satisfied, with fast delivery and everything received in good order.

Delivered different speaker stands than shown in the pictures. After filing a complaint, it was simply dismissed as unfortunate but that's it.

The purchased amplifier was no longer available. The refund of the incorrectly paid amount took more than a week. Communication via email was in poor Dutch and not very friendly in tone. Moreover, the unavailable amplifier is still being offered on the website, which is very careless and negligent.

I ordered a dust cover for my Edwards Audio turntable last spring. From day one, I had great contact with Astrid from customer service.
