I purchased an Ortofon cartridge with an Edwards turntable. The combination could be easily assembled, and the cartridge was already installed on the turntable. An extremely sharp price for the combination, and much better than the Rega sets you can find. Neatly packaged and delivered quickly. A tip: they have knowledge about turntables and everything related, so if you have questions or doubts, contact this company. You will undoubtedly save money or avoid the hassle of buying something wrong.

Very satisfied, I tried in vain to order a hi-fi cabinet urgently from other companies. At 2 other places, I was kept waiting for a long time, only to find out that the cabinets were not available. Hifistudio called me back yesterday after they had contacted the supplier. The cabinet was ordered, and today we were able to pick it up. Huge thanks for this top-notch service!

The company does not deserve a 10 when it comes to accessibility. At least... I have not been able to reach them by phone based on my experience. Nevertheless, I was treated very well via email, and after scheduling an appointment, a new Denon cartridge was expertly installed in my turntable today. I am extremely satisfied! Very friendly people and good service! Tip: If they are not active on the phone, I would recommend removing the phone number from the website. This prevents disappointments and the chance that people will call someone else instead of waiting for an email response.

Very satisfied. Ordered the Nagaoka MP 500 and received it quite quickly. I also sent a few emails regarding the delivery time and asked for a box for my 2M Blue Ortofon cartridge. They didn't have any left, but they still made sure I received it along with the Nagaoka. All emails were answered promptly. The Nagaoka was the cheapest at Hifi79. There might be a few places that were 20 euros cheaper, but I didn't find them trustworthy. Thank you, Frans and team. Until next time.

I wasted my time and money with an inefficient after-sales service. There were unreliable and inconsistent replies to emails, poor communication skills, and inadequate logistics. Most importantly, there was no repair whatsoever on a defective item that was still under warranty, despite their claims that it had been repaired. I can't believe this issue has lasted for three months, with an email still hanging in the air, waiting for a response. I am very disappointed.
