Almost 2 months ago, I bought speakers (Melodika bl30) in their store. It turned out to be a slightly damaged display model. The owner was sick, and his mother handled the sale. Since she didn't know how the printer worked, I was told I would receive the receipt and warranty via email. The spikes were also supposed to be delivered later. After many calls (they don't answer) and leaving messages, I still haven't received a response. Not via email either. I've also stood in front of the store multiple times, but it was always closed. I have been to their store several times in the past, and the service was good back then. Now, the store seems abandoned. What a shame. By the way, the speakers sound perfect.
