Well communicated. Well packaged. Pleasant to work with.

On April 30, I placed my order and paid via Ideal. On May 5, I was informed for the second time by Hifistudio79 that no proof of my payment had been found after I had already inquired about the status of my order earlier. Hifistudio79 mentioned that something might have gone wrong with Escrow Icepay. After sending a screenshot of my payment, I received a response from Frans (Hifistudio79) the same day saying, "I will look into it right away," but then I heard nothing more. This gives me little reason to have a positive opinion about the service at Hifistudio as a web shop. They are friendly, but their approach is certainly not decisive or customer-oriented!
