Simple and fast delivery.

Unfortunately, there was a mismatch between the price on the marketplace (which turned out to be expired) and the price at checkout. However, the delivery was correct and prompt.

Good website with up-to-date information. Quick contact via email for any questions. Order status is communicated via email, and the delivery is very neat.

Fast delivery, sharp price (poorly packaged, the tape that was supposed to close the box was open at the top, the inner box could be taken out easily!)

After I did not receive everything in a shipment, they demonstrated good service after I sent them a message about it by immediately sending the missing part without any additional costs or difficult questions.

I saw a nice 'mini-DAC / headphone amp' at Hifistudio79, which according to the website would be back in stock within 1 to 2 weeks. I then asked through the stock notification if they could let me know when it would actually be back in stock. To my surprise, I received a response the same day informing me that they still had a few in stock. Of course, I ordered it right away, and the next day GLS showed up at my door with a well-packaged 'mini-DAC' that I am currently listening to. I would love to order here again and can definitely recommend everyone to consider a visit to Hifistudio79 for their next purchase.
