I am very satisfied with the web shop. They have good products at a good price, and the service is also good. Therefore, I give the web shop 5 stars, but the delivery by DPD was disastrous. The package deliverer drove away after a few seconds of stopping in front of my house without getting out of his driver's seat. Then he did not take it to a pick-up location, which I could have forgiven, but instead returned it to the depot where it stayed for an entire weekend. When I contacted them after the weekend, the phone was answered, but no one was listening or answering my questions. The web shop cannot be blamed for this, so they still receive 5 stars.
