Nice contact. Delivery was late, but that was beyond Hifistudio79's control.

I have not received any responses to my dozens of emails. I am not kept informed about my order. I really felt like I was being strung along. I ordered the product in black, but they ultimately only had silver in stock. I was supposed to receive a 10% discount for the silver version because they unnecessarily made me wait for a product they didn't have. They never refunded the 10% to my account, even after I sent multiple emails. The information on the website is incorrect. Products that are on sale are out of stock, but this is not clearly stated on the website.

Great shop, top price, and a lot of hi-fi knowledge.

The delivery took a bit longer than intended, but this was due to the supplier. However, I was kept well informed and received good communication from customer service, so everything was handled properly.
