It's unfortunate that the website states an item is in stock, only for it to be removed and refunded without being delivered.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Administrative feedback after payment was also well taken care of.

Item ordered that was 'in stock'. The next day, a delivery confirmation. After a week, 'package will be picked up' and when I inquired, I was told that the last item had just been sold in the store (okay, that can happen, but apparently this is not the first time this has happened, see other reviews). New delivery time unknown. I then requested a refund. Since then, no response to emails, let alone any sign of a refund. You are not fulfilling your part of a purchase agreement. Not only that, but the customer has to notice that something is wrong with an order and then has to 'make a fuss' to get a refund. After posting this review, they did respond, and the refund was marked as 'executed' in their accounting system without actually being processed. The refund has now been effectively processed. If I could, I would give 2.5 stars for 'neutral'.
