Lieve groet, Gwen

Very beautiful earrings, but despite being made of surgical steel, after 2 days the piercing became extremely inflamed with a lot of pain and pus.

Hi Elske, We had emailed you earlier, but we haven't received a response yet. What we often see is that infections can occur from changing earrings. The switching can cause small wounds that then become inflamed. Our advice is always to use an antiseptic to prevent this as much as possible. The earrings you ordered are from Girl Nation and are hypoallergenic, so the chance of an allergic reaction is minimal. An allergy usually manifests as a red, itchy, and swollen earlobe. I would love to hear back from you. Perhaps we can give you some tips so that you can wear these earrings without any of the holes becoming inflamed. Best regards, Gwen

Good afternoon, We regret that you left a negative review. We have also responded to your email. Last week, an attempt was made to deliver your package, but since you were not home, the package was taken to a nearby pickup point by the delivery service. You can pick up your package there. According to the delivery service's information, you should have received two emails regarding this. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Gwen
