Unfortunately, the delivery has not arrived, and I am now missing a gift 😡. The email was also not processed in a timely manner. Very disappointing. However, I did receive feedback right after the weekend, and the transport company was contacted immediately. Thank you for that! I hope the problem can now be resolved.

Response by Hippe Girls
Good morning Judith, I hope you had a nice weekend. We are currently at work and saw this negative review from yesterday in our email. We have forwarded your report regarding the shipping to the shipping service provider and will keep you updated via email about the feedback. Since you sent us your message over the weekend, we could only respond on Monday (today). On weekends, we are only available for urgent matters so that we can also spend time with our children and family. As we could only make an inquiry for you on Monday, we did not mark the email as urgent. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to respond to your email, and within a day, we had already received this negative review. It is very unfortunate that we did not have the chance to react, but you immediately decided to publish this negative review on an external platform. We also regret that the postal service does not always do what it is paid for. We packaged your order super quickly and with love, and it is particularly disappointing that something went wrong at the last step. But don't worry, we will resolve this for you. We understand that this may not have met your expectations, and we are sorry for that. Nowadays, we live in a time where everyone expects a response within a few hours. We are a family business and are proud of it; we personally address all our customers, and yes, that sometimes means waiting a day for a response to your email. Best regards, Gwen

We have ordered earrings several times with fast delivery. Now we participated in the promotion where you received a free pair. We got super cute earrings for free, and they even had the same closure as the other pairs. We especially found that fantastic, as regular closures do not work for our daughter.
