I ordered and was really happy when it arrived, so I put it in right away. The next day, one was already bent, and the following day we had lost one after two emails. I was told that they were made of soft material, which meant you could carefully bend them back. However, the advertisement clearly stated they were suitable for active children, and something must have happened from the outside (she just wore them as you would expect from earrings). After I replied that I had lost the entire earring, I didn't receive any more response. I'm quite disappointed, so next time I will just go to the jewelry store.

Good morning, It's unfortunate to read that you are disappointed. We understand that it is very annoying that one turtle earring is bent and the other turtle has been lost. Silver is a soft and flexible precious metal, and sometimes it can happen that a post bends if it gets caught on something. Fortunately, you can usually straighten it out carefully without it breaking. This is unrelated to the quality and is not a product defect. With a steel earring, the hook would likely have been damaged because steel does not bend. The screw closure always works either well or not at all – this way you can be sure it is securely fastened. In this case, the closure worked, allowing the earring to be worn properly. We find it very unfortunate that an earring was lost afterward. Unfortunately, loss is not covered under warranty, but we are always happy to consider a goodwill arrangement in such cases. Just like with other products, accidents can happen during use, such as a sweater getting caught or shoes getting damaged while playing. That is certainly unfortunate, but it does not fall under a product defect or warranty. We received your email on Monday and responded appropriately; did you contact us again afterward? I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Gwen
