The craftsmanship is not of a high standard. Out of the three pairs I ordered, plus the one I received as a free gift, the free gift broke almost immediately, and the same issue occurred with one of the purchased pairs. Given the amount paid, it’s disappointing that the earrings failed after such minimal wear—only about twice. If they can’t hold up under limited use, it’s difficult to justify the price.

Delivery took a bit longer due to the New Year. Otherwise, good service.

In terms of product quality, I find it very expensive, and I do not plan to purchase products from you again.

Customer service has been satisfactory, although the response time was perhaps a bit long. The worst part has been the shipping: high costs for a service that does not meet the estimated delivery times provided before making the purchase. There was no order tracking, even after downloading the Shop app, where it remained pending for information throughout the process. I suggest taking into account holidays and shipping addresses to indicate the correct delivery timeframe: they cannot say it will take 72 hours and then have it arrive in more than 10 days. I give 4 stars because the earrings are beautiful and seem to be of high quality.
