💕 Lieve groet, Gwen Hippe Girls

Hi, What a shame to hear that you have lost an earring for the second time. We understand very well that this is disappointing and frustrating. I see that you also sent us a message about this during our vacation. Our earrings with screw closures are specifically designed to stay in place as well as possible. However, unfortunately, no closure is completely resistant to all external influences. We intentionally send our earrings with the screw closure already on. This way, when you unscrew and then screw it back on, you can check if the closure works well. When the screw thread does not work properly, you usually notice this because the back keeps turning and does not sit tightly. Screwing on behind a small earring can sometimes be a bit fiddly. If the back is not screwed on completely straight onto the post, it may not sit as securely and can eventually come loose. That does not take away from the fact that we find it incredibly annoying that you have lost an earring again. We regret that your experience has led to a one-star rating. We would love to think along with you and look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Gwen Hippe Girls 💕
