I ordered your earrings specifically for my 7-year-old daughter, so that they would have screw backs. The order was received on Monday, worn on Tuesday, and already a hook was lost on Wednesday because the screw doesn't hold. Very disappointed with the quality. Could you send us replacement backs for the heart earrings?
Very beautiful earrings with super good closures. My daughter only wants the screw-back closures, and there is plenty of choice here. She wanted to wear the extra surprise set of earrings first. 😀
