The product was not good, the closure does not work well, and the rod was already bent.

Dear Chertie, I'm sorry to hear that there is something wrong with the earrings. You ordered the Lapetra earrings from us with a screw closure. It's a pity that you didn't reach out to us. Besides the fact that we always ensure our customers do not receive damaged products, you can also always return your order if you are not satisfied. Was the box in which the earrings arrived also damaged? Before we pack the earrings, we always check the closure; perhaps something went wrong during shipping. Silver is a soft precious metal, which means it can be bent, but fortunately, you can easily straighten it out again. ☺️ I assume you would like this resolved. Could you please send us a photo of the issue, and we will address it right away and come up with a solution? Info@hippegirls.nl Happy New Year! Best regards, Gwendola
