I ordered and was really happy when it arrived, so I put it in right away. The next day, one was already bent, and the following day we had lost one after two emails. I was told that they were made of soft material, which meant you could carefully bend them back. However, the advertisement clearly stated they were suitable for active children, and something must have happened from the outside (she just wore them as you would expect from earrings). After I replied that I had lost the entire earring, I didn't receive any more response. I'm quite disappointed, so next time I will just go to the jewelry store.
