The earrings are very beautiful and were delivered quickly. I was just a bit disappointed with the way they were packaged. I read so many good stories about how the orders were wrapped that it was one of the reasons I decided to order here, and it fell short! There was just a simple packaging bag around them, which is not what I read about everywhere... it's a shame because they were two special gifts we needed to give!
The set I wanted to order was out of stock. After I sent an email, I received a response within an hour. As soon as the sets were back on the site, I placed my order. It was delivered quickly and nicely packaged. Two days later, I received an email notifying me that the sets were back on the site. Great service!
