I placed my order during the Hippe Girls' vacation. This was clearly stated on the website. It was also clearly mentioned that they would process orders in the order they were received starting from August 5th. I consider clear communication a big plus. On Saturday, August 6th, we already received a message that the order had been shipped, and by Tuesday, August 9th, I had everything delivered. So: great service, fast delivery, and clear communication!
What a lovely selection of items! My daughter was cheering when she saw her new star earrings!

The information about the later shipping due to vacation was not entirely clear on the website. However, I ultimately received the items in a good and neat manner. I also received prompt responses to my emails.
Clearly indicated when the shipment would be sent due to the summer closure. This was also honored. Super packaged!!
