Fast delivery and very nicely wrapped, it's really a joy to unpack with your child, and the quality is beautiful and good. We are very satisfied, and our little girl is too.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. You have given us a negative rating for the speed at which we shipped your order. Your order was received by us in the evening around 21:30, and the next day it was handed over to PostNL. Was your order delivered later by PostNL than you expected? Unfortunately, as a web shop, we have no influence over that. Additionally, we are currently living in a strange and difficult time, and PostNL is busy and also dealing with sick employees and those who need time off to arrange childcare. I am very grateful that the people at PostNL deliver our packages and envelopes daily during this time. It can sometimes happen that an order takes a little longer to arrive. Nevertheless, they manage to deliver almost 90% on time 🥳 I apologize if you had to wait longer for your order than you expected. Have a nice Thursday and Stay Safe. Best regards, Gwendola Post
