Response by Hippe Girls
Good morning, What a shame that you are posting this message! You placed a pre-order with us. At the moment you placed your order, you received a confirmation of the order, in which we clearly indicated that you should check the address to ensure everything is correct. After that, you received an email with the payment details, the invoice, and once again your address information. On September 11, the order was shipped, and this email also contains the address you provided. It is unfortunate that you did not notice that you entered an incorrect house number. You eventually come to realize that your order has not yet arrived, and we ask for your address for verification, at which point we notice that the house number is incorrect. We have asked PostNL how they handle this situation. PostNL indicates that the mail item will be returned and that they will attempt to determine the correct address, and if this fails, the mail item will be returned. We are currently waiting for this. We will also contact WebwinkelKeur. As soon as the return is received, we will get in touch with you. We also assume that if you do receive the envelope after all, you will let us know. Have a nice Tuesday! Best regards, Gwendola Post-van Ingen
